What counts as a short-form video?

Any video under 3 minutes — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and similar content. Long-form is anything over 3 minutes.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

What happens if I hit my daily limit?

Do unused daily edits roll over?
